I cooked as while ice fishing inside of a shanty but this can be done over a fire, on a stove, flat top, propane camp cooker, or anywhere you’d like.
3 venison steaks, cubed
12 eggs scrambled
.5 pound bacon
.25 pounds cheese of choice (cooper sharp american is recomended)
Salt and peper to taste
Hot sauce and toast highly advised
Start by rendering the bacon, once done pull it off to the side.
Add your cubed venison cook it in the bacon fat about 3/4 of the way.
Drizzle in your scrambled eggs mixing everything together -bacon,venison,eggs
Season to your liking and please for the love of God season as you go as well.
The last 30-40 seconds sprinkled your cheese in and mix until melted through.
Plate and enjoy.
