Growing up in the city with a restaurant business based family we talked about food, drinks, business, and the list goes on. We never talked much about hunting or fishing, it just wasnt what we knew. The yearly trips to the Adirondacks , foothills of North Carolina, and the Jersey Shore, shooting shit with a BB gun and driving around the occasional 4 wheeler was the extent of my outdoor experience. But in the midsts of my highschool career I began fishing. Bass, salmon, trout, perch, icefishing, shore fishing, boat fishing, you name it we did it. I acquired my hunting license in 2016, and bought my first gun. From there in my free time I watched, read, listen to, and studied all things outdoors. I continued to learn and grow, I bought guns, and bows, camo clothes, safes, knives, every tool you could imagine, I was determined to become a knowledgeable outdoorsman as well as an ethical, passionate hunter and conservationist. I found mentors in close friends and family. I learned countless things from every single one of them and still do as we speak and will continue too for the rest of my life. For the past few years I have been managaing property with co-founder Justin. Getting up at 4:30 am working till after dark, we have spent countless hours and dollars in the field plowing, disking, tilling, spraying, fertilizing, cultipacking fields. Doing trail work, soil work, water work, mechanical work, fixing, building, breaking, and destroying everything in site. I have worked at this like a job and it as been one of the best experiences of my life. After 4+ years of work and effort not only have I harvested an array of game but I am the reason it happened. Giving it food, shelter, emininating predators and varmits and everything it needed to survive on our land. Doing all of this may seem excessive to some but to me it has become a part of my life. Watching my crops grow as well as fail. Watching trees fall, watching nature take its course as been an amazing experience. I have grown as a hunter, as a fisherman, an outdoorsman and most importantly as a person. I am thankful for the opportunity and grateful to everyone who helped and supported me along the way.
